Breathing is necessary! If you fill every moment of every day for kids, there is no time for them to develop their own individual paths..no room or time for their very own personal kind of creativity to develop. They will grow up expecting constant stimulation from an outside source. I see this happening with my grandson. When I visit, all I want to do is hang out and do art projects or whatever. One time we “swam” on our bellies down a hardwood river (his idea and OUCH) but neither of us will forget that! You have it RIGHT, Mom! Kudos to you! 👍🏼❤️
