Okay, so I can’t believe I left off this part of the conversation with Adelphia/Comcast…
So, I’m on the phone with like agent 4 or 5 and this guy (kid) responds to my questions with the following (and no I’m not kidding, this was the conversation):
“Well, right now things are all jacked up there (implying Carroll County), I mean they’re messed up. You see, the Adelphia nodes (I’m pretty sure that’s the word he used) and the Comcast nodes aren’t working together so they’ve got to figure out how to get them to work. I don’t really know what a node is, but that’s what they told me is wrong.”
Once again, where exactly does my money go to this company? I see it isn’t going to skilled employees… It’s all jacked up, priceless!
